TFA Code of Conduct

For Trainers, Students, and Staff:

  1. Professionalism and Ethical Behavior:
    • All members of TFA shall conduct themselves with the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior.
    • Engaging in any conduct that violates applicable laws, regulations, or ethical principles may lead to legal proceedings and disciplinary actions by TFA.
  2. Respect and Inclusivity:
    • TFA is committed to maintaining an inclusive, respectful, and diverse community. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
  3. Academic Integrity:
    • Trainers, students, and staff are expected to uphold academic integrity and honesty at all times. Plagiarism, cheating, and academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited.
  4. Conflict of Interest Disclosure:
    • Anyone involved with competitive businesses or engaged in any activities that may create a conflict of interest with TFA’s mission or interests is required to disclose such involvement promptly to the relevant TFA team.
    • Full disclosure of potential conflicts of interest ensures transparency and allows TFA to evaluate and address any potential issues.
  5. Legal Proceedings:
    • Any member of TFA who becomes involved in legal proceedings, whether civil, criminal, or administrative, due to any reason, must promptly inform the relevant TFA team.
    • Legal proceedings can have an impact on TFA’s operations and reputation, and disclosure is essential for transparency and proactive risk management.
  6. Confidentiality:
    • All members are expected to respect and maintain the confidentiality of TFA’s proprietary information and the personal data of students and colleagues.

    • All members must cooperate fully with any internal or external investigations related to breaches of this Code of Conduct, conflicts of interest, or legal proceedings.

  9. Compliance with Policies and Procedures:
    • All members must adhere to TFA’s policies and procedures, including the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Rules and Regulations.
  10. Adherence to Local Laws:
  • Members are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations that apply to their actions and activities within the context of TFA.

Consequences of Violations: Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspensions, or termination of membership, as well as potential legal proceedings when applicable.
