Refund Policy & Terms and Conditions
For Admission to Digital Marketing Course

Talent Forge Academy (TFA) welcomes you to our educational platform. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

  • Talent Forge Academy (TFA): Responsible for training and placement support.
  • Zephyr SGB Global Pvt. Ltd. (Zephyr): Responsible for admissions, coordination at the Vidisha Center, and maintaining student records.

    1. Payment for TFA programs, courses, and services is required at the time of enrollment or as specified during the registration process.
    2. All payments must be made through the approved payment methods, by TFA and Zephyr. Please ensure that you receive a payment receipt upon a successful transaction.
    1. Non-Refundable Fees:
      • Registration fees and admission processing charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
      • Any part-payment made towards the course is non-refundable once the batch has commenced.
    2. Refund Eligibility:
      • Only 50% of the program as fees will be granted after reducing all bank, platfrom, and admission charges if a refund request is made within three (3) days of successful enrollment in the program in any circumstances.
      • No refund will be provided under any circumstances after three (3) days of successful enrollment in the program.
      • There is no refund policy for short-term certification courses available on learn.talentforgeacademy.com.
    3. Refund Request Process:
      • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within the stipulated three-day period.
      • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during enrollment.
      • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of request acceptance.
    4. Refund Eligibility Conditions:
      • The refund policy applies only if TFA’s team finds no compromise with TFA’s intellectual property, course materials, notes, or downloadable content provided during the program.
      • Any compromise or breach of TFA’s intellectual property rights will result in the forfeiture of refund eligibility.

    1. Admission is granted only upon payment of required fees and submission of necessary documents.
    2. Zephyr SGB Global Pvt. Ltd. will maintain all student records, including admission details and progress tracking.
    3. Students must comply with all requirements, including attendance and coursework submission.

    1. Talent Forge Academy (TFA) is responsible for conducting training and providing placement assistance.
    2. Students must complete the course successfully to be eligible for placement guarantee.
    3. Placement guarantees will be eligible only after meeting all necessary requirements, including:
      • A minimum of 80% attendance throughout the program.
      • 80% completion of all assignments.
      • Passing mock tests and interviews with a minimum score of 75%.

    1. Users of our platform are expected to conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and professionalism. This includes interactions with instructors, mentors, and fellow students.
    2. Any misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of institute policies may lead to suspension or termination from the course, with no refund.
    3. You must not engage in activities that disrupt the services, compromise security, infringe upon the rights of others, or violate these Terms and Conditions.
    4. Any unauthorized sharing of course content, study material, or institute resources is strictly prohibited.

    1. TFA and Zephyr are not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage suffered by the student within or outside the training premises.
    2. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
    3. By enrolling, the student agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges that they have read and understood all policies before admission.
